Appropriation (Consolidated Fund) Act (No. 4) 2003

No. 27 of 2003

An Act to appropriate out of the Consolidated Fund —

·a sum for capital payments made during the year ended 30 June 2000 under the authority of the Treasurer’s Advance Authorization Act 1999;

·a sum for capital payments made during the year ended 30 June 2001 under the authority of the Treasurer’s Advance Authorization Act 2000; and

·a sum for capital payments made during the year ended 30 June 2002 under the authority of the Treasurer’s Advance Authorization Act 2001.

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:

1.          Short title

             This Act may be cited as the Appropriation (Consolidated Fund) Act (No. 4) 2003.

2.           Commencement

             This Act comes into operation on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

3.           Appropriation for capital purposes

     (1)    The sum of $88 240 000.00 being payments of an extraordinary or unforeseen nature made under the authority of the Treasurer’s Advance Authorization Act 1999 and charged to the Consolidated Fund under that Act, is appropriated for the capital purposes expressed in Schedule 1.

     (2)    The sum of $119 634 748.10 being payments of an extraordinary or unforeseen nature made under the authority of the Treasurer’s Advance Authorization Act 2000 and charged to the Consolidated Fund under that Act, is appropriated for the capital purposes expressed in Schedule 2.

     (3)    The sum of $39 012 000.00 being payments of an extraordinary or unforeseen nature made under the authority of the Treasurer’s Advance Authorization Act 2001 and charged to the Consolidated Fund under that Act, is appropriated for the capital purposes expressed in Schedule 3.
