Gaming and Wagering Commission (Continuing Lotteries Levy) Act 2000
An Act to impose a levy on continuing lottery tickets.
This Act may be cited as the Gaming and Wagering Commission (Continuing Lotteries Levy) Act 2000.

This Act comes into operation on the day on which the Acts Amendment (Continuing Lotteries) Act 2000 comes into operation.
(1)The Governor may make regulations prescribing an amount by way of levy that is to be payable under Part V Division 7 of the Gaming and Wagering Commission Act 1987.
(2)A levy may be prescribed to be an amount calculated by reference to any factor or factors.

4.Continuing lotteries levy imposed
If an amount by way of levy is prescribed under section 3, that levy is imposed in respect of continuing lottery tickets.
