Health Regulations Repeal Regulations (No. 2) 2024

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

These regulations are the Health Regulations Repeal Regulations (No. 2) 2024.

2.Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published on the WA legislation website;

(b)the rest of the regulations — on 4 June 2024.

3.Regulations repealed

These regulations are repealed —

(a)the Health Act (Carbon Monoxide) Regulations 1975;

(b)the Health (Offensive Trades Fees) Regulations 1976;

(c)the Health (Section 112(2) Prohibition) Regulations 2006;

(d)the Piggeries Regulations 1952.
