Made under the Short‑Term Rental Accommodation Act 2024 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

This proclamation is the Short‑Term Rental Accommodation Act 2024 Commencement Proclamation 2024.

2.Commencement

The following provisions of the Short‑Term Rental Accommodation Act 2024 come into operation as follows —

(a)Parts 2 to 8 (other than section 47) — on 1 July 2024;

(b)section 47 — on 1 January 2025.

Note:This proclamation brings into operation the remainder of the Short‑Term Rental Accommodation Act 2024.
