Made under the Criminal Code Amendment Act 2024 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

This proclamation is the Criminal Code Amendment Act 2024 Commencement Proclamation 2024.

2.Commencement

The Criminal Code Amendment Act 2024, other than Part 1, comes into operation on 1 July 2024.
