Limited Partnerships Act 2016

Limited Partnerships Amendment Regulations 2024

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

These regulations are the Limited Partnerships Amendment Regulations 2024.

2.Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published on the WA legislation website;

(b)the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2024.

3.Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Limited Partnerships Regulations 2017.

4.Regulation 4 amended

In regulation 4(3):

(a)delete paragraph (a) and insert:

 

(a)if the person is a silent elector as defined in the Electoral Act 1907 section 4(1); or

 

(b)in paragraph (c)(i) delete “an electoral roll under the Electoral Act 1907 or” and insert:

 

the register of electors as defined in the Electoral Act 1907 section 19(1) or an electoral roll under
