Made under the Animal Resources Authority Amendment and Repeal Act 2022 section 2(1)(c) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

This proclamation is the Animal Resources Authority Amendment and Repeal Act 2022 Commencement Proclamation 2024.

2.Commencement

The Animal Resources Authority Amendment and Repeal Act 2022 Part 3 comes into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published on the WA legislation website.
