Made under the Therapeutic Goods Law Application Act 2024 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

This proclamation is the Therapeutic Goods Law Application Act 2024 Commencement Proclamation 2024.

2.Commencement

The Therapeutic Goods Law Application Act 2024, other than Part 1, comes into operation on 30 August 2024.
