Made under the Rail Safety National Law Application Act 2024 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

This proclamation is the Rail Safety National Law Application Act 2024 Commencement Proclamation 2024.

2.Commencement

The Rail Safety National Law Application Act 2024, other than Part 1, comes into operation on 1 October 2024.
