Made under the Road Traffic Legislation Amendment (Infringement Management Reform) Act 2024 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

This proclamation is the Road Traffic Legislation Amendment (Infringement Management Reform) Act 2024 Commencement Proclamation 2024.

2.Commencement

The Road Traffic Legislation Amendment (Infringement Management Reform) Act 2024, other than Part 1, comes into operation on 7 October 2024.
