Made under the Local Government Amendment (COVID‑19 Response) Act 2020 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

This proclamation is the Local Government Amendment (COVID‑19 Response) Act 2020 Commencement Proclamation 2024.

2.Commencement

The Local Government Amendment (COVID‑19 Response) Act 2020 section 5 comes into operation on 3 November 2024.
