Made under the Reserves (National Parks, Conservation Parks, Nature Reserves and Other Reserves) Act 2004 section 2(2) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

This proclamation is the Reserves (National Parks, Conservation Parks, Nature Reserves and Other Reserves) Act 2004 Commencement Proclamation 2024.

2.Commencement

The Reserves (National Parks, Conservation Parks, Nature Reserves and Other Reserves) Act 2004 sections 21, 29 and 32 come into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published on the WA legislation website.
