Made under the Environmental Protection Amendment Act 2024 section 2(1)(b) and (d) by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

This proclamation is the Environmental Protection Amendment Act 2024 Commencement Proclamation 2024.

2.Commencement

The Environmental Protection Amendment Act 2024 Part 4 Division 1 Subdivision 1 and Division 4 come into operation on 28 November 2024.
