Liquor Control Act 1988

Racing and Gaming Regulations Amendment (Liquor Control) Regulations (No. 5) 2024

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Part 1 — Preliminary

1.Citation

These regulations are the Racing and Gaming Regulations Amendment (Liquor Control) Regulations (No. 5) 2024.

2.Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)Part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are published on the WA legislation website;

(b)the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

Part 2 — Liquor Control (Bayulu Restricted Area) Regulations 2013 amended

3.Regulations amended

This Part amends the Liquor Control (Bayulu Restricted Area) Regulations 2013.

4.Regulation 9 amended

In regulation 9 delete “2025.” and insert:

Part 3 — Liquor Control (Parnngurr Restricted Area) Regulations 2018 amended

5.Regulations amended

This Part amends the Liquor Control (Parnngurr Restricted Area) Regulations 2018.

6.Regulation 11 amended

In regulation 11 delete “2025.” and insert:
