Made under the Police Legislation Amendment Act 2024 section 2(1)(b) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

This proclamation is the Police Legislation Amendment Act 2024 Commencement Proclamation 2024.

2.Commencement

The Police Legislation Amendment Act 2024, other than Part 1, comes into operation on 20 December 2024.
