Transport (Road Passenger Services) Act 2018

Transport (Road Passenger Services) Amendment Regulations (No. 5) 2024

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

These regulations are the Transport (Road Passenger Services) Amendment Regulations (No. 5) 2024.

2.Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published on the WA legislation website;

(b)the rest of the regulations — on 20 December 2024.

3.Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Transport (Road Passenger Services) Regulations 2020.

4.Schedule 2 amended

In Schedule 2 clause 1 in the Table item 20 after “s. 6(1),” insert:

 

6A(1) or (2), 6B(1) or (2),

 

5.Schedule 3 amended

In Schedule 3 clause 1 in the Table item 35 after “s. 6(1),” insert:

 

6A(1) or (2), 6B(1) or (2),
