Made under the Criminal Code Amendment (Prohibition on Display of Nazi Symbols or Gesture) Act 2024 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

This proclamation is the Criminal Code Amendment (Prohibition on Display of Nazi Symbols or Gesture) Act 2024 Commencement Proclamation 2025.

2.Commencement

The Criminal Code Amendment (Prohibition on Display of Nazi Symbols or Gesture) Act 2024 Part 2 comes into operation on 1 March 2025.
