Made under the Electricity Industry Amendment (Distributed Energy Resources) Act 2024 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

This proclamation is the Electricity Industry Amendment (Distributed Energy Resources) Act 2024 Commencement Proclamation 2025.

2.Commencement

The Electricity Industry Amendment (Distributed Energy Resources) Act 2024 Part 2 comes into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published on the WA legislation website.
