Short‑Term Rental Accommodation Act 2024
Short‑Term Rental Accommodation Amendment Regulations 2025
Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
These regulations come into operation as follows —
(a)regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published on the WA legislation website;
(b)the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.
These regulations amend the Short‑Term Rental Accommodation Regulations 2024.
(1)In Schedule 1 Division 1 delete the row relating to section 9 and insert:

Causing a prohibited advertisement to be published in or on an advertising publication or booking platform (accommodation provider) |

(2)In Schedule 1 Division 1 delete the row relating to section 16(2).
