Towing Services Act 2024

Towing Services Amendment Regulations 2025

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

These regulations are the Towing Services Amendment Regulations 2025.

2.Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published on the WA legislation website;

(b)the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Towing Services Regulations 2025.

4.Schedule 1 amended

In Schedule 1:

(a)delete “Towing Services Regulations 2024” and insert:

 

Towing Services Regulations 2025

 

(b)in item 3 delete “r. 17(3)” and insert:

 

r. 17(4)
