Keystart Act 2024 Commencement Proclamation 2025

Made under the Keystart Act 2024 section 2(c) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

This proclamation is the Keystart Act 2024 Commencement Proclamation 2025.

2.Commencement

The Keystart Act 2024 comes into operation as follows —

(a)the following provisions come into operation on 1 July 2025 —

(i)sections 12 to 14;

(ii)Parts 3 and 4;

(iii)section 47;

(iv)Part 8 Division 8;

(b)Part 8 Division 6 — on 2 July 2025.
