Made under the Industrial Relations Legislation Amendment Act 2024 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

This proclamation is the Industrial Relations Legislation Amendment Act 2024 Commencement Proclamation 2025.

2.Commencement

The Industrial Relations Legislation Amendment Act 2024 sections 93 to 99 and 104 come into operation on 1 July 2025.
