Salaries and Allowances Amendment Regulations 2025

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

These regulations are the Salaries and Allowances Amendment Regulations 2025.

2.Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published on the WA legislation website;

(b)the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2025.

3.Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Salaries and Allowances Regulations 1975.

4.Regulation 3 amended

In regulation 3 in the Schedule:

(a)delete the row relating to the Freedom of Information Act 1992;

(b)after the row relating to the Health and Disability Services (Complaints) Act 1995 insert:

Information Commissioner Act 2024

Information Commissioner Information Access Deputy Commissioner Privacy Deputy Commissioner
