Made under the Community Protection (Offender Reporting) Amendment Act 2024 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

This proclamation is the Community Protection (Offender Reporting) Amendment Act 2024 Commencement Proclamation 2025.

2.Commencement

The Community Protection (Offender Reporting) Amendment Act 2024 Part 2 comes into operation on 28 July 2025.
