Liquor Control Act 1988

Racing and Gaming Regulations Amendment (Liquor Control) Regulations (No. 2) 2025

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Part 1 — Preliminary

1.Citation

These regulations are the Racing and Gaming Regulations Amendment (Liquor Control) Regulations (No. 2) 2025.

2.Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)Part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are published on the WA legislation website;

(b)the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

Part 2 — Liquor Control (Bungardi Restricted Area) Regulations 2017 amended

3.Regulations amended

This Part amends the Liquor Control (Bungardi Restricted Area) Regulations 2017.

4.Regulation 9 amended

In regulation 9 delete “19 August 2025.” and insert:

 

19 August 2026.

 

Part 3 — Liquor Control (Kundat Djaru Restricted Area) Regulations 2010 amended

5.Regulations amended

This Part amends the Liquor Control (Kundat Djaru Restricted Area) Regulations 2010.

6.Regulation 9 amended

In regulation 9 delete “18 September 2025.” and insert:

 

18 September 2026.

 

Part 4 — Liquor Control Regulations 1989 amended

7.Regulations amended

This Part amends the Liquor Control Regulations 1989.

8.Regulation 27 amended

In regulation 27(4) in the Table delete the item for Liquor Control (Parnpajinya Restricted Area) Regulations 2020.

Part 5 — Liquor Control (Woolah Restricted Area) Regulations 2017 amended

9.Regulations amended

This Part amends the Liquor Control (Woolah Restricted Area) Regulations 2017.

10.Regulation 9 amended

In regulation 9 delete “19 August 2025.” and insert:

 

19 August 2026.
