Made under the Mining Amendment Act 2022 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

This proclamation is the Mining Amendment Act 2022 Commencement Proclamation 2025.

2.Commencement

The Mining Amendment Act 2022 sections 3, 6 and 41 come into operation on 31 August 2025.
