Made under the Construction Industry Portable Paid Long Service Leave Amendment Act 2025 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

This proclamation is the Construction Industry Portable Paid Long Service Leave Amendment Act 2025 Commencement Proclamation 2025.

2.Commencement

The Construction Industry Portable Paid Long Service Leave Amendment Act 2025 Parts 5 and 7 come into operation on 1 January 2026.
