This notice is the Therapeutic Goods (Legislative Instruments) Notice (No. 16) 2025.

2.Notice of publication

The following therapeutic legislative instruments have been made and published on the Federal Register of Legislation website www.legislation.gov.au:

1.Therapeutic Goods (Serious Scarcity and Substitutable Medicine) (Labetalol) Amendment Instrument 2025

2.Therapeutic Goods (Medical Devices—Information that Must Accompany Application for Inclusion) Amendment Determination 2025

Note:

The above therapeutic legislative instruments apply as a law of the State under the Therapeutic Goods Law Application Act 2024 section 10(1) (subject to section 10(2) of that Act). The above instruments may not have effect under the Therapeutic Goods Law Application Act 2024 section 11 or may cease to have effect under the Therapeutic Goods Law Application Act 2024 section 13.
