Children and Community Services Act 2004

Children and Community Services Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 2025

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

These regulations are the Children and Community Services Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 2025.

2.Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published on the WA legislation website;

(b)the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Children and Community Services Regulations 2006.

4.Regulations 23B and 23C inserted

At the end of Part 6 insert:

 

23B.Prescribed legal proceedings (Act s. 124F(2))

A proceeding under the Coroners Act 1996 is a prescribed legal proceeding for the purposes of section 124F(2).

23C.Prescribed legal proceedings (Act s. 240(2))

A proceeding under the Coroners Act 1996 is a prescribed legal proceeding for the purposes of section 240(2).
