This proclamation is the Community Protection (Offender Reporting) Amendment Act 2024 Commencement Proclamation (No. 2) 2025.

2.Commencement

The Community Protection (Offender Reporting) Amendment Act 2024 Part 3 comes into operation on 31 December 2025.
