This proclamation is the Local Government Amendment (Auditing) Act 2017 (Deletion of Superseded Provisions) Proclamation 2025.

2.Deletion of superseded provisions

The day fixed under the Local Government Amendment (Auditing) Act 2017 section 22(2) is 1 January 2026.
