1.Citation

This proclamation is the Local Government Amendment Act 2024 Commencement Proclamation (No. 3) 2025.

2.Commencement

The Local Government Amendment Act 2024 sections 86, 87 and 90(1), (3) and (4) come into operation on 1 January 2026.
