Community Titles Act 2018

Community Titles Amendment (State Development) Regulations 2026

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

These regulations are the Community Titles Amendment (State Development) Regulations 2026.

2.Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published on the WA legislation website;

(b)the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the State Development Act 2025 Part 4 comes into operation.

3.Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Community Titles Regulations 2021.

4.Regulation 14 amended

In regulation 14(1):

(a)in paragraph (h) delete “orders.” and insert:

 

orders;

 

(b)after paragraph (h) insert:

 

(i)State development area declarations under the State Development Act 2025.
