Heritage Act 2018

Heritage Amendment (State Development) Regulations 2026

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

These regulations are the Heritage Amendment (State Development) Regulations 2026.

2.Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published on the WA legislation website;

(b)the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the State Development Act 2025 Part 4 comes into operation.

3.Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Heritage Regulations 2019.

4.Regulation 44A amended

In regulation 44A(2):

(a)in paragraph (i) delete “3.” and insert:

 

3; and

 

(b)after paragraph (i) insert:

 

(j)a State development area declaration in force under the State Development Act 2025 Part 4.
