Salaries and Allowances Act 1975

Salaries and Allowances Amendment (State Development) Regulations 2026

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

These regulations are the Salaries and Allowances Amendment (State Development) Regulations 2026.

2.Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published on the WA legislation website;

(b)the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the State Development Act 2025 Part 2 comes into operation.

3.Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Salaries and Allowances Regulations 1975.

4.Regulation 3 amended

In regulation 3 in the Schedule after the row relating to the State Administrative Tribunal Act 2004 insert:
