1.Citation

This proclamation is the Credit (Commonwealth Powers) (Transitional and Consequential Provisions) Act 2010 Commencement Proclamation 2026.

2.Commencement

The Credit (Commonwealth Powers) (Transitional and Consequential Provisions) Act 2010 Part 5, other than section 81, comes into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published on the WA legislation website.
