1.Citation

This proclamation is the Keystart Act 2024 Commencement Proclamation 2026.

2.Commencement

The Keystart Act 2024 Part 6, section 59(2), Part 8 Division 2, section 68 and Part 8 Division 7 come into operation on 19 March 2026.
