Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

This proclamation is the Residential Tenancies Amendment Act 2024 Commencement Proclamation 2026.

2.Commencement

The following provisions of the Residential Tenancies Amendment Act 2024 come into operation on 28 March 2026 —

(a)section 13(2);

(b)section 15(2);

(c)section 16;

(d)section 24(2) to (5);

(e)section 38;

(f)section 43;

(g)sections 56 to 61;

(h)section 63.

Note:This proclamation brings into operation the remainder of the Residential Tenancies Amendment Act 2024.
