Made under the Fuel, Energy and Power Resources Act 1972 section 43(5) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

This proclamation is the Fuel, Energy and Power Resources Act 1972 (Recall of Parliament) Proclamation 2026.

2.Day fixed for recall of Parliament

(1)This clause applies for the purposes of the Fuel, Energy and Power Resources Act 1972 section 43(5) in relation to the Fuel, Energy and Power Resources (Declaration of State of Emergency) Order 2026.

(2)Parliament is called together on Tuesday 14 April 2026.
