Sentence Administration (Community Corrections Centres) Amendment Notice 2026

Made by the Minister.

1.Citation

This notice is the Sentence Administration (Community Corrections Centres) Amendment Notice 2026.

2.Commencement

This notice comes into operation as follows —

(a)clauses 1 and 2 — on the day on which this notice is published on the WA legislation website;

(b)the rest of the notice — on 20 April 2026.

3.Notice amended

This notice amends the Sentence Administration (Community Corrections Centres) Notice 2008.

4.Clause 2 amended

In clause 2 Table 1 delete the item for Midland and insert:
