1.Citation

This proclamation is the Education and Care Services National Law Application Act 2026 Commencement Proclamation 2026.

2.Commencement

The Education and Care Services National Law Application Act 2026, other than sections 1 and 2 and Part 6 Divisions 1 and 2, comes into operation on 1 May 2026.
