Towing Services Act 2024 Commencement Proclamation 2026

Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

This proclamation is the Towing Services Act 2024 Commencement Proclamation 2026.

2.Commencement

The following provisions of the Towing Services Act 2024 come into operation as follows —

(a)Part 2 Division 1, section 14 and Part 2 Divisions 3 and 4 — on 1 July 2026;

(b)section 13 — on 1 September 2026.
