Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
These regulations come into operation as follows —
(a)Part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are published on the WA legislation website;
(b)the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2026.
Part 2 — Jetties Regulations 1940 amended
This Part amends the Jetties Regulations 1940.
In Schedule 1 cl. 11(2) in the Table:
(a)delete item 6;
(b)in items 7 to 9 delete “pen, alongside berth or pile mooring” and insert:
pen or alongside berth
5.Various fees, dues and charges amended
