Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

This proclamation is the Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Safety Levies Amendment Act 2024 Commencement Proclamation 2026.

2.Commencement

The Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Safety Levies Amendment Act 2024 Part 3 (but only sections 6, 9(2) and (3) and 16) comes into operation on the day on which the Petroleum Legislation Amendment Act 2024 sections 3, 176 and 210 come into operation.
