Petroleum Legislation Amendment Act 2024 Commencement Proclamation 2026

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

This proclamation is the Petroleum Legislation Amendment Act 2024 Commencement Proclamation 2026.

2.Commencement

The Petroleum Legislation Amendment Act 2024, other than the following provisions, comes into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published on the WA legislation website —

(a)Part 1;

(b)sections 17, 33, 34(2), 42(1) and (3), 54, 59(2) and (3), 177(3), 211(3) and (4), 215, 221, 226, 229(1), 234, 254, 375(1), 379(1), 380(1) and (3), 394, 396 and 399(1);

(c)Part 5 Division 10;

(d)sections 424(4), 428 to 430 and 431(2).
