1.Citation

This proclamation is the Liquor Control Amendment Act 2025 Commencement Proclamation 2026.

2.Commencement

The Liquor Control Amendment Act 2025 Parts 3 and 5 (but only Divisions 1 and 2) come into operation on 1 July 2026.
