Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

This proclamation is the Control of Vehicles (Off‑road Areas) Amendment Act 2025 Commencement Proclamation 2026.

2.Commencement

The Control of Vehicles (Off‑road Areas) Amendment Act 2025, other than sections 1 to 3, 5(4), 7(2), 9 to 12, 14 and 15, comes into operation on 28 June 2026.
