Industrial Relations Regulations Amendment (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2026

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Part 1  Preliminary

1.Citation

These regulations are the Industrial Relations Regulations Amendment (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2026.

2.Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)Part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are published on the WA legislation website;

(b)the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2026.

Part 2  Dangerous Goods Safety (Explosives) Regulations 2007 amended

3.Regulations amended

This Part amends the Dangerous Goods Safety (Explosives) Regulations 2007.

10.Regulation 135I amended

In regulation 135I(2)(e)(v) delete “$4 990.00.” and insert:

11.Schedule 5 amended

In Schedule 5 clause 2 in the Table delete “276.00” and insert:

This Part amends the Work Health and Safety (General) Regulations 2022.

13.Regulation 87 amended

In regulation 87(2)(b) before “a photograph” insert:

 

if the applicant does not hold a high risk work licence —

 

14.Regulation 123 amended

(1)In regulation 123(3) delete “work,” and insert:

 

work (whether under 1 accreditation or multiple accreditations),

 

(2)After regulation 123(3) insert:

 

(3A)Despite regulation 122, if an accreditation document that relates to multiple accreditations is issued under subregulation (3), the accreditations expire on the date that the 1st of those accreditations expires.
