Industrial Relations Regulations Amendment (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2026
Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
These regulations come into operation as follows —
(a)Part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are published on the WA legislation website;
(b)the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2026.
Part 2 — Dangerous Goods Safety (Explosives) Regulations 2007 amended
This Part amends the Dangerous Goods Safety (Explosives) Regulations 2007.
Delete Schedule 1 and insert:

This Part amends the Dangerous Goods Safety (Road and Rail Transport of Non‑explosives) Regulations 2007.
In regulation 272 in the Table item 2(b) delete “183.00” and insert:

Part 4 — Dangerous Goods Safety (Security Sensitive Ammonium Nitrate) Regulations 2007 amended
This Part amends the Dangerous Goods Safety (Security Sensitive Ammonium Nitrate) Regulations 2007.

Part 5 — Dangerous Goods Safety (Storage and Handling of Non‑explosives) Regulations 2007 amended
This Part amends the Dangerous Goods Safety (Storage and Handling of Non‑explosives) Regulations 2007.
In regulation 135I(2)(e)(v) delete “$4 990.00.” and insert:
$5 110.00.
In Schedule 5 clause 2 in the Table delete “276.00” and insert:

Part 6 — Work Health and Safety (General) Regulations 2022 amended
This Part amends the Work Health and Safety (General) Regulations 2022.
In regulation 87(2)(b) before “a photograph” insert:
if the applicant does not hold a high risk work licence —
(1)In regulation 123(3) delete “work,” and insert:
work (whether under 1 accreditation or multiple accreditations),
(2)After regulation 123(3) insert:
(3A)Despite regulation 122, if an accreditation document that relates to multiple accreditations is issued under subregulation (3), the accreditations expire on the date that the 1st of those accreditations expires.
Delete Schedule 2 and insert:
