Health Services (Fees and Charges) Amendment Order 2026

Made by the Minister.

1.Citation

This order is the Health Services (Fees and Charges) Amendment Order 2026.

2.Commencement

This order comes into operation as follows —

(a)clauses 1 and 2 — on the day on which this order is published on the WA legislation website;

(b)the rest of the order — on the day after that day.

3.Order amended

This order amends the Health Services (Fees and Charges) Order 2016.

4.Clause 3 amended

In clause 3(1) delete the definitions of:

participating hospital

PBS list

PBS price

5.Schedule 1 amended

(1)In Schedule 1 Division 1 item 5 delete paragraph (c) and insert:

 

 

(c)for all other people (other than ineligible out‑patients)


no more than $25

 

(2)In Schedule 1 Division 2 delete item 8 and insert:

 

8.

For medicines, subject to item 9, for each item

no more than $25
