Water Agencies (Powers) (Entry Warrant) Regulations 2026
These regulations come into operation as follows —
(a)regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published on the WA legislation website;
(b)the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.
For purposes of section 72(6) of the Act, a warrant must be in the form of Schedule 1 Form 1.

*(f)a notice under the Water Agencies (Powers) Act 1984 cannot be served without undue delay or difficulty.
